Here's the framework I guide patients through for gut healing:

Step 1 — Remove the triggers
→ Identify and temporarily eliminate inflammatory foods (gluten, dairy, processed sugar, alcohol)
→ Address any underlying infections or dysbiosis with proper testing — not guessing

Step 2 — Repair the lining
→ L-glutamine, zinc carnosine, collagen peptides, and aloe vera extract are foundational
→ These support tight junction integrity and mucosal repair

Step 3 — Reintroduce beneficial bacteria
→ Targeted probiotic strains based on your specific presentation
→ Prebiotic fiber from whole food sources to feed them

Step 4 — Reduce systemic inflammation
