Meet our very own Mutton Bustin' strength coach: Davis Brendel. 🏆

He’s been coaching sports performance for over 10 years... but some might say his athletic career technically started on a sheep. 🐑 😉

Today, he specializes in helping rotational athletes: golfers, quarterbacks, baseball, softball, lacrosse.

His focus lives where performance depends on how well the body can load, rotate, and transfer force.

Davis is TPI certified (Titleist Performance Institute), which means he works especially closely with golfers, assessing mobility, stability, and rotation to improve swing efficiency, increase power, and extend longevity in the game.

But what stands out most in his work isn’t just who he trains...
it’s how athletes change over time.

And through consistent training, gain confidence that carries beyond sport.

Since 2016, Davis has also led the strength and conditioning program at Regis Jesuit High School, developing athletes across sports with a long-term approach to performance.
