I routinely send patients to get imaging (I have a great place that is quite affordable and easy to get into!!!). Once in a while we get some surprising info. I put together a little 'info' sheet for the patient (no names or identifying marks) and explain the basics, including a normal so you can SEE the problem. (more in comment)

My patients are like family, I take care of them.
