Hearing callers share their thoughts and experiences reminds us that the work we’re doing at Musana is being felt on the ground. It means so much to hear people from the community speak about the change they’re seeing and how lives are being touched.

As we look back on 2025, we are grateful for all that has been made possible. Young mothers gaining skills and starting businesses, patients leaving the hospital with hope, students receiving quality education, and women sustaining their families through their livelihoods.

🥁🥁 After 12 monthly construction updates, we are proud to announce that Musana Vocational High School – Kamuli is complete. 🎉

As we prepare to open its gates to the children whose futures will be shaped in this space of excellence in January 2026, a delegation led by Musana co-founders, Haril and Andrea Kazindra visited the campus to assess its readiness.

Brick by brick, we came together to build this school. Next year, classrooms will be filled with students gaining knowledge and practical skills; various community members will be employed as teachers, matrons, and support stafft; and the wider community will begin to experience lasting transformation.

This is the power of unity. Keep building with us as we educate generations and generations to come.

Every month this year, we’ve shared construction updates with you. We began with Musana Vocational High School – Kamuli, and later started the double construction updates on the two primary schools currently being built in Mayuge and Budaka.

It may feel like all we’ve done this year is build, but that’s the price of making quality education accessible to children in rural Uganda.

Musana is excited to announce our first Disability Inclusion Empowerment Team trip to Uganda.

Step into a powerful cross-cultural experience where collaboration, dignity, and inclusion come alive. Join special education teachers and service providers as they travel to Uganda to partner with Musana’s local educators. Together, you’ll exchange strategies, support inclusive classrooms, and empower teachers who are transforming how students of all abilities learn and thrive. This trip is rooted in relationship—come learn, serve, and grow with us!
