SCAM ALERT: Fraudulent Emails & Fee Requests ⚠️

The City of Centennial is aware of a scam where customers are receiving emails demanding payment for permit fees. If you get a suspicious email or phone call, do not respond, click links, or provide any information.

Scammers may review public meeting agendas and contact applicants, pretending to be Community Development staff.

Here’s what you need to know:
* The City will NEVER request wire transfers from customers.
* Electronic payments are only made through our secure online portal.
* Emails from City employees or our portal will always end in .gov.
* Scam emails can look very convincing. If you’re unsure, call 303-754-3308 to verify.

You never know who or what is going to stop by for a visit at Someren Glen. Today St. Nicholas came by and a lil friend we call Pearl because of the “necklace” she wears. Did you know that St. Nick’s Day is celebrated throughout Europe on Dec. 6th? Our third visitor is the white stuff we haven’t seen for a very long time, called snow!
