Try this 5-Minute Starter Routine to wake up your body and get your blood flowing 💧:

1️⃣ 5 Lunges (each leg) – Strengthen your legs and improve balance.
2️⃣ 10 Jumping Jacks – Get your heart rate up and your energy flowing!
3️⃣ 5 Squats – Build a stronger foundation (your legs + your core!).
