We now offer Express Zone Massage which is inspired by Athletic and Injury Massage. Sometimes clients are seeking a focused massage that does not need to incorporate some of the aspects of Traditional Massage. A 15 minute treatment on their neck or shoulders may be all that is desired. By offering Express Zone Massage, clients may receive an effective treatment that does not take a full hour, and uses little or no lotion. No need to undress, workout clothing or business casual allows for effective location specific treatments. This option is perfect for a lunch-hour neck massage, a shoulder treatment after a hard workout, or simply a tune-up on a problem area.

After six wonderful years at the Alton Way location I will be moving my practice to a new location. I will have a therapeutic massage treatment room in the Solera building. I’m looking forward to having something like co-workers and other treatment providers that I will see coming and going daily.

I’m in a book club. It all started out that I was treating a client for acute shoulder and hip pain, and during our massage treatments we discussed books we were reading. We both love novels and devour them, maybe 2 or 3 per month. I joined the group 9 years ago and we have enjoyed many excellent novels and memoirs. You never know where you will make a friend.

There are many negative distractions and saddening events that we are exposed to. Our minds and bodies are often set on alert to prevent danger, even the danger we witness on the news...
