I am Amy Ross, a Certified Clinical Hypnotist and a Registered Psychotherapist. I help people learn about themselves and make positive changes in their lives. In my practice, I utilize tools such as hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Tapping to expedite these processes because they are extremely effective at producing immediate and long-lasting change.

My belief is that therapy should be comprehensive, honest and client-centered. The approach I take in working with clients is gentle and professional. You will find yourself at ease as you discuss what may be holding you back from THE LIFE you wish to lead while discovering resources that are innate, accessible and supportive of your goals. Therefore, no subject is censored or judged and all sessions and discussions are treated in strict confidence.

Together let’s strengthening your beliefs in your abilities to achieve success in release pain, traumas, phobias, fears, and stress, gain control over food cravings, addictions, ill-serving habits, recover more quickly from surgery, or any other challenges you wish to attend to. I also am able to work with clients living anywhere in the world, over Zoom.
