Today I chose the path of truth!

'Today I choose the path of truth.

Not the loud kind.
Not the kind that proves a point.
But the quiet truth that lives beneath the surface of every human story.

Today, I remember:
No one knows what another soul is carrying.

Behind smiles are silent battles.
Behind strength is exhaustion.
Behind silence is often survival.
Behind confidence is sometimes fear.

We see only fragments.
Moments, Masks, Snapshots.
We never see the full story.

Life, teach me to pause ...
Before I assume.
Before I judge.
Before I speak.

Because kindness costs nothing, & judgment costs everything.

I release the need to compare my journey to anyone else’s.
I release the urge to label what I do not understand.

I choose curiosity over criticism.
Compassion over conclusions.
Grace over gossip.

Today, I honor the truth that everyone is doing the best they can,
With what they know & what they’ve survived.
