We are overstimulated — and it’s wrecking our nervous systems.

Our brains were never meant to process this much input.

Every ping, buzz, notification, and DM pulls your attention somewhere new.

Every “like,” “comment,” and “message” keeps your brain chasing the next hit of dopamine.

And while it feels normal now, it’s not harmless.
That constant stimulation keeps your nervous system in a subtle, chronic state of alert.

You’re not relaxed — you’re reactive.
You’re not resting — you’re recovering from input overload.

This is the hidden reason so many women feel exhausted, anxious, foggy, and disconnected —
even when nothing “bad” is happening.

Their systems are simply maxed out.
We were designed to have quiet.

To focus on one thing at a time.
To move, rest, and connect without a constant stream of alerts demanding our attention.

But modern life doesn’t allow that anymore.

We wake up to screens.
Work from screens.
