It's been a month since my mom passed, and I'm still navigating this tough journey of emotions. It's a reminder that everyone faces their own struggles, whether it's grief, anxiety, or stress.
I’m learning to give myself grace as I process these feelings. It’s normal to feel a mix of anger, sadness, and confusion. Instead of asking why I feel this way, I’m starting to ask what my body is trying to tell me.
Remember, it’s okay to allow yourself to feel. That’s how healing begins. Let’s drop the pressure to fix our emotions and just accept them.
