In 2020, the world pressed pause, but our dreams didn’t get the memo.
While uncertainty filled the air and fear dominated the headlines, we stood at a crossroads. One path said wait, play it safe, just survive. The other said believe, build, bet on the future. Growing the gym during a global pandemic didn’t make sense on paper. But growth rarely does when it matters most.
Risk isn’t about being reckless. It’s about having the courage to move forward when clarity is scarce and faith has to lead. In 2020, we chose to trust our mission, our community, and the belief that people would always need health, strength, and connection, especially in hard times.
We didn’t grow because the timing was perfect. We grew because we refused to let fear make our decisions. We grew because adversity doesn’t eliminate opportunity, it reveals who’s willing to take it.
Looking back, that risk became a defining moment. It reminded us that growth isn’t guaranteed by certainty; it’s earned by courage. And sometimes, the boldest move you can make is choosing to believe in yourself when the world feels unsure.
If you’re standing at your own crossroads, remember this: safe choices keep you comfortable, but brave choices change your life.
