It has been said that as humans we spend a lot of time on the physical aspects of ourselves. If we spent more time focusing our attention on the aura, which is a portion of our divine self or the soul, we would experience less pain and hardship. When our aura is clear and strong, it would literally guide us and put us in the position to live the best life we know we deserve and desire. In yoga this morning my very wise teacher, Danielle D DeLongis Coggiano, asked our Kula to lay down, close our eyes and watch our life review movie of 2023. Then she asked what would we like to let go of for 2024??? What faulty thought, victim energy, negative way of being, or past trauma that does not serve us in the present moment, nor the future moments ???? ❤ I figured out what it was for me and I invite you to contemplate the question as well. Thank you to the Universe and my Higher Power for always giving me exactly what I need and surrounding me with the beautiful Souls that assist me in my awakening....Happy New Year and sending you all great love 🙏💜🧘‍♀️
