Friday the 12th was fun with a capital "F"! We played a new game called Bing!Bang!Boom! and caused quite a ruckus in The Point 🤣 After lunch, students from North Linn came to carol. We LOVE whenever kids visit! And we finished off the day with indoor S'mores!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ethan Frakes

Ethan joined Center Point Heights on September 2024 as our Maintenance Director. With a background in construction and lock and dam repair, he brings valuable experience to our community. One of his favorite parts of the job is connecting with our tenants, and they absolutely love having him around.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. You can often find him hunting, fishing, or working in his garden. 🌿
