Choose one holiday to stay home.

You don’t have to run yourself ragged.
You don’t have to attend every gathering.
You’re allowed to choose what actually supports your well-being.

Tradition is nice—but NOT at the cost of your mental, emotional, or physical health.

Less stress.
Less running.
More regulating and reconnecting with the ones you love and live with under one roof-- intentional living 🥰

Why I do what I do... started as a kid and continued throughout my life. When I was a teenager I ended up with an Auto immune disorder that causes a lot of inflammation and made things challenging. As I got older my body and health got worse and worse.

I am so grateful to have had amazing chiropractors along my journey. It inspired me to pursue chiropractic, and as they say the rest is history!!

I love being able to help others feel seen and heard when they come to me with chronic pain. I can 1000x relate to that life. You feel like your body hates you and has given up. Mentally amd emotionally it is so draining.

The moment you get some relief is so amazing. And I am blessed to be able to do that for others.

I will continue to do better to be better for myself, family, friends and patients! Love you all!!

Cedar Ridge Family Chiropractic is a family oriented, results driven, caring, and compassionate chiropractic practice. It all started with a goal and a dream to offer well rounded chiropractic care to the wonderful people of Center Point, Urbana, Walker and the surrounding communities.

Cedar Ridge Family Chiropractic offers safe and gentle chiropractic adjustments as well as muscle work and Flexion/Distraction. Dr. Alyssa does her very best to offer care in a friendly and compassionate manner. She will do her very best to make sure you and your family understand everything that is going on and will strive to answer any and all questions you may have.

Dr. Alyssa graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Feb. 2017. Shortly after graduating Dr. Alyssa and her family moved to Center Point, IA. Then in Oct. 2017 she opened Cedar Ridge Family Chiropractic, since then Dr. Alyssa and her family have enjoyed getting to know many other families and small businesses in the area. Dr. Alyssa looks forward to raising her family here and continue to serve this amazing community for many years to come!
