🧘‍♀️ In-person yoga this Friday — and yes, you’ll be totally fine even if it’s been a while.

I’m teaching a new class this week at Grounded Yoga in Mendon, and I’d love to see you there:
📅 Eclectic Hatha Yoga
🕘 Friday, June 13 at 9am (75-minute class)
📍 Grounded Studio, Mendon VT
💲 $20 | $18 for seniors & students

This class blends traditional hatha yoga with movement science — you’ll learn how and why your body moves, with plenty of guidance and modifications along the way.

👉 If you haven’t practiced in a while (or ever), don’t worry. We’ll start from the ground up, move mindfully, and build strength and confidence together.
