We always enjoy when Morgan from Dr. Choice’s Home Health comes to visit us! Today was extra special because we heard it was Mocktail Week, so of course we had to celebrate with our favorite mocktail drinks. 🍹

We had to jump in and try this fun nursing home trend — Cheetos & shaving cream! 😄🧀

The goal? Get as many Cheetos to stick on the other person’s head as possible! Lots of laughs, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments filled the room.

Here at Pine Grove, we love starting our mornings with movement and smiles! ☀️💪

One of our favorite ways to work out is using our octa-band, turning exercise into a fun and engaging game. The goal? Keep the balloon right in the middle! 🎈

It gets everyone moving, laughing, and working together while improving strength, coordination, and focus. We truly love every minute of it and never miss a beat when it comes to staying active and having fun together.

Morning workouts like these remind us that fitness can be joyful, social, and something we all look forward to each day.
