Cupping Massage offers a range of benefits for overall health. Cupping is an ancient practice in Chinese and Middle Eastern Medicine.🌿

Cupping therapy is creating suction on the skin using cups. The suction from the cup increases blood flow, promotes lymphatic drainage, and release fascia and muscle tension.

It’s very common for cupping to leave circular bruises on the areas the cups were applied, don’t worry though it’s painless. The bruises from cupping reflects the level of stagnation (lack of activity). The darker the color, the more stagnation.
