Our Build-a-Bouquet event blossomed into a truly special experience as residents and community visitors came together in a room filled with color, laughter, and creativity. With hands gently selecting vibrant bloom, each arrangement became a unique expression of joy and connection. Conversations flowed as easily as the petals were placed, bridging generations and creating meaningful moments that went far beyond the bouquets themselves.

By the end of the event, not only were there stunning floral creations to admire, but also a shared sense of accomplishment and togetherness that made the day unforgettable. We want to thank Cortney from "The Shoppe in Main" in Fredericktown for coming in with beautiful flowers and showing us how to make an amazing Bouquet!

Each month, there is a different Port of Call theme. This month, the theme is Lima, Peru.

Lima is a longstanding, historic city rich in culture and attractions for tourists to see. Founded on January 18, 1535 by Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro, Lima was given the nickname “The City of Kings” because the discovery date was close to the Epiphany, a popular Christian festival. Today, Lima is home to over 8 million people, and hosts a blend of cultural and architectural influences from the different civilizations over the years.
