I am originally from NE Ohio but have lived in Columbus for 25 years. However, after being Pre-med at college for 3 years, traditional medicine was not going to be my path and I completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University. After working for several years, I still felt the need to administer to people in some kind of healing way so I went back to school for Massage Therapy. I graduated with Honors from Columbus State Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree and am a member of the honor society Phi Theta Kappa as well as the Associated Bodywork and Massage Therapy Professionals. In our busy lives, relaxation is frequently overlooked or even frowned upon. We are pressured to do more, do it faster, work work work. I believe it's vital to our well-being to take time out for ourselves. Reboot and recharge. Let the blood pressure come down and the mind wander.
