Hi ALL! Meet Mandy MCGarvey, she will be one of our amazing facilitators at Awakening Your Genius-our creative retreat this September. ⁠Mandy is kind, compassionate and loving being that cares for ALL of life.⁠
She is truly a gift. Mandy is a licensed massage therapist, a certified yoga instructor, and an Ayurvedic Educator & Life Coach. She started her journey in the healing and holistic field in 2004. Helping others to heal and connect back in with their personal power and growth has given Mandy so much fulfillment. When she discovered and studied Ayurveda, her whole life began to change as she learned how to bring in more balance and harmony by living seasonally. She is excited to share this knowledge with others though personal consultation and group workshops. Mandy has also found another passion through the work and growth she has been fortunate to have. She loves nothing more than helping womyn realize their worth and empowerment. Leading a monthly Moon Circle is one way she contributes to this. She currently owns and operates Nature's Hamsa; small donation based boutique Yoga Studio in her home in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Meet Liz Douglas! She will be holding sacred space at Awaken Your Genius-a creative retreat September 2-4. Liz is one of those Souls brought to our planet to be a loving, compassionate, and kindred Earth Mama. Liz carries the most beautiful wisdom in her heart that she inherited from Mother and the land. Liz works her medicine through trance work, singing, and rhythm trance through rattle, drumming, and guitar. Liz will be holding our hands and hearts as we craft rattles with intention.

What have you done for your soul and/or self this week?
Today I did a beautiful ritual to clear any energies that I have collected from others. We can do this consciously or unconsciously. you inspired me through Hawk to make this beautiful rattle medicine and I am forever grateful to you!
