Many women in midlife feel exhausted, foggy, discouraged by weight changes, and unsure what’s happening with their hormones.

I help women understand what their bodies need so they can regain steady energy, clearer thinking, balanced hormones, and confidence in this season of life.

Together, we focus on the foundations that truly shape hormone health—things like thyroid and adrenal support, blood sugar balance, nutrients, gut health, inflammation, and strength-supportive nutrition.

Because hormones don’t work in isolation.

They work inside a whole body that needs the right support.
I’m often asked if I prescribe bioidentical hormone pellets.
I’m a functional dietitian, not a prescribing medical provider—so I don’t place or prescribe pellets.

But many of the women I work with are already on hormones, considering them, or frustrated that they still don’t feel better.
My role is to help your body become ready to respond, so whatever path you choose is working with your body instead of against it.
