Jennifer Davis Haden D.O. Here to help spread health! Dr. Jennifer Haden, DO, was born and raised in Iowa, growing up on a family farm in Northwest Iowa.

She completed her undergraduate education at The University of Iowa, earning a BA in Health Promotions. Her medical training took her to Des Moines University for medical school and then to Sioux City, IA for post-graduate training in Family Medicine. In 2014, Dr. Haden and her husband Matt moved to Centerville, IA with their daughter Lainey, later welcoming their son Henry. Dr. Haden is passionate about providing high quality, personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based primary care. Early in her career she cherished her OB service and delivering babies. Although no longer practicing obstetrics, she loves to care for newborns and families. However, she selected family medicine because of her love of caring for all ages and medical complexities. Having a trusting doctor-patient relationship helps patients find solutions that match their unique needs and values. Dr. Haden advocates for patient autonomy by presenting the best evidence and working with patients to find solutions that align with their goal and stage of life.

This holiday season- let your kids know it is ok to say no to anyone being pushy about hugs, kisses, or physical touch. There are many other ways to show affection. Give a high five, fist bump, wave. Let your kids hold those boundaries and feel safe.

From November 1, 2025, through January 15, 2026, you can sign up for, renew, or change your health insurance plan for the new year.

Sometimes running a DPC (Direct Primary Care) clinic looks like coming in on a Saturday to accommodate your patient's schedules. I love having the freedom and flexibility to do that!

Nov 1st is national DPC day!!! Coincidence that it is on the first day of insurance open enrollment? I think NOT. Premiums are only going to keep increasing...DPC does it a little different.
