We are a goal orientated 24/7 facility geared toward family fitness as well as athletic training. We try to be a little something for everyone by offering supplementation, personal training, athletic training supporting our school athletic programs, machine and free weights as well as plenty of cardio equipment. We are a full service environment where you will feel more like a member and less like a number. So whether this is your first time in a gym and you need a little guidance or you are a seasoned lifter, come on by and let us get you on the path to your success.

We would like to formally welcome and recognize Justin as a part of the team here at Average Joe’s. Not only has he been a part of our team growing up in the family business, but he has now made it a career choice by graduating from Western Kentucky with his Bachelors in Exercise Science and now also earning his certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Please join us in welcoming him to the team. He will be the familiar face you see in and out of the office instead of the big bald head fella 😂 so if you have any specific training needs, don’t hesitate to reach out to him for professional assistance as he is now accepting clients.

Tanning closed until further notice ******

I hate to do this, but someone has left me no choice as our staff is fed up with cleaning urine out of the trashcan in the tanning room. We will be shutting the tanning room down until further notice until people can have respect for the equipment that we work hard to provide for you as an extra amenity to our fitness center. Thank you for understanding, and I apologize for any inconveniences that this may have created to our good and respectful members at our facility.
