Sheri is Certified in QHHT Hypnosis Technique Level 2, CranioSacral Therapy, Shamanic Energy Healing, Reiki Master, & Ortho-Bionomy in the Dayton & Cincinnati, Ohio areas. However, some pain comes from heavy emotions you are carrying in the body that needs to be released. A combination of physical healing and energy medicine (Shamanic Healing, Reiki, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) will help you live your best life, free of pain, anxiety and depression.

Our Story

MANUAL THERAPY

We offer treatments for the mind and body for integrative healing. Our manual therapies include Ortho-Bionomy, Cranio Sacral therapy, Aromatherapy, Far Infrared heat, and Yoga therapy for pain, joint mobility and proper alignment. I have found that by combining these therapies, depending on the clients needs, result in better outcomes and faster healing. Self care techniques are also taught for clients to use at home to lessen symptoms.

ENERGY MEDICINE

We also offer Energy Medicine which works with the clients energy field and chakras. What we experience in life is determined by the stories we tell ourselves, about the world and who we are. These stories come from the beliefs we hold that we are largely unaware of, and they lead to the patterns we create over and over. Despite our good intentions, we just can’t seem to change these patterns from willpower alone. These stories and limiting beliefs come from our current life and past life experiences and the effects of these become embedded in our energy field, subconscious mind, and physical bodies.
