Welcome to Centerville Specialty Care

Maintaining one’s health throughout life makes the golden years so much more enjoyable. But sometimes it takes a team effort to recover from illness or injury, and that recovery time is critical to getting you back on your feet. This is what Centerville Specialty Care knows and does so well. Our non-profit skilled nursing facility’s Rehab to Home program had approximately 60 percent of patients returned home after recovering with us.

Centerville Specialty Care also benefits community members in need of outpatient programming in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy. Our state-of-the-art Accelerated Care Plus therapy program tracks progress which allows therapist and patient to set future goals with the end goal of having each resident functioning at his/her highest potential.
