I graduated from Self-Health School of Medical Massage in 1993 and received my license through the Ohio State Medical Board. I was very lucky to receive a wonderful education and continue to learn and expand my knowledge in therapeutic bodywork. While I am science based, I also consider myself an intuitive who always follows the body’s wisdom. I use many different protocols to assist you on your healing and wellness journey:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage(please note, I do not do Lymphatic work for postoperative recovery from tummy tucks.) At this time, I am only welcoming new clients who have a referral from their physician or chiropractor on a professional letterhead or if you have a referral from an existing client.

Should I blame my knee pain on colder weather?
(I personally don’t have knee pain. This is a retorical question.)
One of the reasons knees don’t move as well in cold weather is because the fluid capsule that surrounds the joint can get thick and viscous.
So warming up on cold days can be very helpful.
Wear warm clothes and stay hydrated.
If you are my client, let me know your knees feel stiff, there are many ways I work with the joint and surrounding soft tissue to help you feel better.

Your intuition is your inner Oracle.
Ask it a question about life, your reactions and experiences. Ask it what your next step is and you will receive an answer. It may come as a visual. As a feeling. It may even come in a song you listen to on the radio or choose from your Apple Play. It can come out of the mouth of another person.
An “aha!” moment will feel right and make you smile.
All the answers are within you.
