☀️WILD WOMEN SUMMER RETREAT☀️

Hello Community!

My wonderful friend, Em Capito, LCSW, has announced her annual Wild Women Summer Retreat for this year, and has asked me to return as a Guest Teacher! Em creates such amazing experiences for others in the work she does, and I'm so excited to be a part of this!

It will be held July 14th-16th, in Torrey, Utah.
Home base will be the beautiful Red Sands Hotel, but the retreat will include lots of outdoor adventure time, yoga, my own workshop, and much more!

From ice caves to hot springs, Em Capito, LCSW ‘s Wild Winter Women’s Retreat was an unforgettable weekend 🤩 I am so grateful I got to share amazing experiences with all these amazing people, and had the privilege to guide them in my embodiment and identity workshop 💜 I left with an overwhelming sense of inspiration and contentment 🥰 and it has been a little challenging to return from the Wild 😂
