Insurance Authorization Advocate

Macy plays a key role behind the scenes at Kinetic Edge, helping make sure every client's insurance and benefits are verified and ready to go, so they can focus on what matters most: their care, comfort, and performance.

She works closely with our insurance team and providers to keep everything accurate and running smoothly before and during each visit. Macy is passionate about helping clients access the care they need while building connections and continuing to grow her skills.

Meet Carol Kelderman, PT, DPT.

Carol serves as CFO, Partner, Clinic Manager in Oskaloosa, and Physical Therapist at Kinetic Edge. She is passionate about helping patients find the root cause of their concerns so they can restore function and get back to what they enjoy most.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University after completing her undergraduate studies in exercise science and psychology at the University of Iowa. Carol has experience in orthopedics, pelvic health, and neurological rehabilitation, and is a certified Astym provider. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys staying active. She has completed four marathons and an Olympic-distance triathlon, with goals of continuing to race and travel in the future. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Oskaloosa with their dog, Bo.
