Hello I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. I tailor individual exercise programs and diets for people of all levels of health and fitness in the convenience of your own home. I also work out of the South Regency Tennis Center in Springboro Oh. I have recently been certified in reflexology, been called a biomechanist and doctor of movement.
