high-results training. Our workouts are not your average barre routine. We use the best of fitness avenues and latest trends and merge them with our signature brand of body sculpt barre. Classes range from signature barre sculpt with light weights, varied resistance, and high reps to intense cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movements. Whether you are looking for a sweat sesh or a shake down, we have the perfect class for you! And to keep your body challenged and your mind intrigued, our classes NEVER repeat.
