Need an X-ray without the wait? At Capitol Imaging Services (CIS), select locations offer convenient walk-in X-ray—so you can get the imaging you need without scheduling days in advance.

Just keep in mind: walk-in means no appointment required, not immediate service. Patients are seen first-come, first-served, and wait times can vary—especially during busy hours. And don’t forget, a doctor’s order is required before your visit.

Not all CIS locations provide walk-in X-ray, so be sure to check ahead or call your nearest location to confirm availability and save yourself a trip.

Fast. Flexible. Patient-focused care—when and where you need it.

We understand that when your doctor orders an x-ray, time matters. That’s why all CIS locations offering x-ray studies allow walk-in service…

Capitol Imaging Services was proud to co-sponsor the Texas Chiropractic Association’s Tour of Texas – Houston event on April 16th at Flora Mexican Kitchen!

Our Director of Business Development for Houston, David Champlin, had a great opportunity to connect with local chiropractors and chiropractic students while sharing the CIS story.

This marks our second year partnering on this event alongside J.D. Silva & Associates Law Firm, and we’re excited to continue strengthening our relationship with the Texas Chiropractic Association as we grow in the Houston market.

We’re honored to support TCA’s mission of advocating for and protecting the chiropractic profession across Texas through both legislative efforts and the courts. Looking forward to many more opportunities to connect and collaborate!

‼️Ever wonder why MRI machines are so loud?‼️

Those knocking, buzzing sounds might seem intense—some even compare them to a jackhammer—but they’re completely normal. In fact, that noise is a sign the MRI is working exactly as it should, using powerful magnets and rapidly shifting coils to create detailed images of your body.

The good news? Your comfort and safety always come first. Ear protection is provided during every scan, and our team ensures a safe environment by carefully screening for metal—because that’s the real concern, not the noise.

Have questions about your MRI or what to expect? We’re here to help every step of the way.
