"She saved my life."

Five years ago, Michael Jones came in for a routine visit. His provider, Jackie DiMattei, noticed something in his bloodwork that concerned her. His PSA levels were elevated, and she knew the risk factors. She ordered another test. Then another. When his levels kept rising, she didn't wait. She referred him to a urologist and an oncologist.

The diagnosis: prostate cancer.

Today, Michael is cancer free.

Traveling for the holidays? ✈️🎄

Our providers want you to stay healthy on the road! Here's your travel health checklist:

🧳 Pack smart:
✅ ALL medications in carry-on (not checked bags!)
✅ Keep meds in original prescription bottles
✅ Bring extra doses in case of delays
✅ Pack hand sanitizer & disinfecting wipes

💧 Stay healthy in transit:
✅ Wipe down airplane tray tables, armrests, seatbelt buckles
✅ Drink LOTS of water, airplane air is super dry
✅ Get up and walk around on long flights (prevent blood clots)
✅ Wash hands frequently, especially before eating

😴 Take care of yourself:
✅ Get sleep before you travel (tired = weakened immune system)
✅ Eat real food, not just airport snacks
✅ Give yourself grace, travel is stressful!
✅ Have your doctor's number saved in your phone
