A reminder- out of pocket rates are increasing on 2/16. I know I have discussed this already with many of you and there are plans in place, so this is a gentle heads up!

I would also like to urge you to double check and see if your insurance providers are on our in network list, especially as our insurance options continue to grow!

The practice is currently in-network with:
- UHC / Optum
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Carelon
- As well as some Unitedhealthcare and Surest plans
- AND! Starting 3/1- Fidelis!

If you have any of the above insurance plans and are currently paying out of pocket, please reach out via text, call, or email! I’m happy to run an eligibility check to see if your sessions can be covered.

This will not be therapy, just an open space for shared processing, learning about concepts related to attachment/boundaries/communication, and community!
