Morning energy!! Btw this is my new bowl, an alchemy bowl for the root chakra. The root chakra is literally the root that keeps us connected to the Earth. If it’s out of balance we don’t feel safe in a number of diff aspects of life. Root down + ground and spend time outside as much as possible✌️
