✨ Our first 2026 Skills Day at Pope’s Place! ✨
This day was all about growing our skills, strengthening our knowledge, and staying prepared to meet the needs of those we serve. Our team spent time sharpening clinical skills, practicing emergency responses, reviewing safety and infection‑prevention practices, strengthening documentation and medication management, and focusing on both resident and staff well‑being.
Investing in ongoing training like this ensures we continue to provide excellent, compassionate, and high‑quality care for our residents—today and every day. We are proud of our dedicated staff and their commitment to learning and excellence! 💙
