Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care serves the community of Centralia, Washington. We offer assisted living and memory care services, in addition to peace of mind. Since the start of 2022, the building is under new ownership and new management. While our team is new in Centralia, we are not new to the Pacific Northwest. We serve three other Washington locations with assisted living and memory care services, the closest of which being Olympia. Our facility offers modern-day amenities with the comforts of a historical building and outdoor courtyards. Our newly renovated facility helps seniors age gracefully in place with a variety of services, activities, and amenities. We adjust to an individual’s changing needs as they age while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Transitioning loved ones to a care facility should be a reassuring and gentle experience.

Join us for our next Caregiver Support Group where we’ll be discussing “Tips for Nutrition for Someone with Dementia.” 💬

Caring for a loved one with dementia can come with unique challenges—especially around mealtime. This session will offer practical guidance, helpful strategies, and a chance to connect with others who understand the caregiving journey. ❤️

Spirit Week is in full swing, and our team showed up in cozy style for Flannel Day! Sonia, Velma, and Vanessa brought the smiles (and the plaid!) as we celebrated together.

✨ Fun fact: Both Sonia and Vanessa were nominated for the SAN Caregiver Award this year! We’re so proud of their dedication and compassion — and we had a wonderful time celebrating all of our amazing caregivers at Tuesday’s Caregiver Award Dinner. 💖

Who knew something as simple as a pool noodle could bring so much joy and wellness? Our memory care residents love using pool noodles for games and exercises that keep both body and mind active.

These activities help improve hand-eye coordination and focus—all while encouraging laughter, movement, and social connection. Whether it’s a gentle exercise program, balloon volley, or noodle “hockey,” every activity is filled with smiles and teamwork!

At Centralia Point, we believe meaningful fun is the best kind of therapy. 💫
