It feels like the right time to reintroduce myself and share the new direction my heart—and my healing work—are taking.

For the past few years, I’ve walked through my own deep healing journey.
After years of caregiving, grief, and personal loss, I found myself utterly burnt out… not just physically, but spiritually.
I lost parts of myself I didn’t even know were missing. And the path back wasn’t quick or easy—but it was sacred.

What I’ve learned through my own healing is this:

There’s a space after burnout… after caregiving… after the roles we’ve outgrown.
A space where we ask, “Who am I now?”
A space where we begin to reclaim our voice, our energy, and our soul.

That’s the space I now hold for others.

Dear friends,
After a long pause to care for my beloved father in his final chapter, I am returning to my heart’s work—energy healing. My father passed away on Dec 26th and although it was a long road, I am forever grateful for the growth that this period has brought me.

This time away has deepened my understanding of life, transition, and the power of holding space for healing in all its forms.

As I step back into this practice, I do so with renewed wisdom, excitement, compassion, and gratitude.
Whether you’re seeking balance, clarity, or energetic support, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

There is so much going on astrologically right now. Pluto has just gone retrograde (calm down! it does this every year for about 6 months). It’s not personal either, Pluto is a generational planet. That just means that it spends 11.5 - 30.5 years in each sign. This time around it's staying in Aquarius until 2043. Because it stays in the same astrological sign during that time, everyone born in that range of years has Pluto in the same astro sign in their natal chart. With Pluto being retrograde now, we will begin to see the fall of systems/structures as we know them. It will affect us collectively rather than personally.
We have a new moon tonight making a conjunction with Jupiter, the Great Benefic, bringing good fortune to all - and it’s all happening in the sign of Ta**us, the sign of earthly delights. Venus is somewhere in the mix also, adding the icing to the cake.
This is really potent astrology to work with, especially tonight’s new moon (don’t worry if you miss tonight you can do it tomorrow night, as well; the energy will still be there). So light that candle, set that intention, journal your dreams and desires. You won’t regret it!
The astrology just looks really lovely up until around the middle of June, then it changes into a completely different story. So soak up the good vibes and enjoy it all while it’s here! Fill up your battery bank with good vibes while you can, you may need to draw from that bank next month.
