Distractions….All over the place! These two joined me in my workout this morning so well, one of them wouldn’t get into trouble! I had a late start to my schedule this morning so I decided to workout a little later. I got it done but now realize how much more effective my workout is when I get up EARLY and eliminate distractions. Taking time for yourself may mean getting up earlier than everyone else or going out of the home to workout! Whatever works best for you to get “your” time in is the best time/place.
