Help us show the greatest appreciation for Nina Burrows Arnold, who helped shape the heart of Community Mediation Upper Shore for more than 15 years.
There are people who don’t just join an organization– they become part of its foundation. Nina joined our center in 2009, bringing her commitment to supporting everyone at the center: staff, volunteers, and participants alike. Over the years, Nina has been a steady presence for so many - offering compassion, reliability, and a belief in the power of people to work through even the toughest moments. We would not be where we are today without Nina. She didn't just do the work; she taught all of us how to do it. So many of our staff, volunteers, and partners first experienced the meaning and impact of our work through meeting and learning from Nina.
As she steps away from her role and into retirement, we are immensely grateful for all she has given and made possible. It's hard to imagine the CMUS office without Nina and her ability to make everyone feel welcome.
Please join us in thanking Nina and wishing her the very best. We wish you so much joy and know we will stay connected 🫶
