Full Job Description
We are seeking an associate psychotherapist with strong clinical skills to serve individuals, adolescents, and couples. Please read the following, and if you share our values and meet required criteria, submit your application as described at the end of this job description.
This is an opportunity to work in a private practice setting as an employee without having to
take on the role of business owner. You will be hired as a W-2 employee, not a 1099 contractor.
Responsibilities will include providing psychotherapy services, documenting services rendered in progress notes. Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a therapist to join our team, on a full-time 40 billing hours per week basis.
Shifts are scheduled Monday – Friday or weekends if necessary.
The ideal candidate is aligned with our values, while also bringing a new niche or interest to the practice. The best fit for this position is excited to be part of a team and do great therapy with their clients. You will NOT be responsible for any business management tasks, such as marketing or
generating business, billing insurance, etc. This position will begin onsite in office located in Cerritos, CA. Telehealth, for some clients is an option.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification:
• Associate Clinical Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Lens and experience:
• Strong experience and interest in working with adult, adolescents, individual therapy clients; strong couples experience is a plus
• Views psychotherapy and the world at large through a lens of systems, person in environment, strong skill set in working with clients across the spectrum of gender, sexual, and relationship minorities.
• Solutions-based approach to therapy
• Committed to affirming equity and diversity (LGBT+, BIPOC, disability status, etc.)
Other logistics:
• Able to commute to Cerritos, CA.
• Able to provide references and pass a background check

COMPENSATION:
$54,000 salary per year.
Employees are paid twice per month.
