Grief is hard every day of the year, especially challenging during the holidays.

As loved ones feel near.
It’s the most triggeriest time of the year.

There’ll be hearts softly breaking,
And brave faces faking
A smile through the cheer.
It’s the most triggeriest time of the year.

Loved ones we’re missing,
Old photos we’re kissing,
The ache never fades with the snow.
But through all the sorrow,
We find hope tomorrow,
In hearts that still carry their glow.

Yes, the most triggeriest time,
Brings both grief and the climb,
To hold love so dear.
