Due to illness, the doctor will be out today. However, our sauna services will remain open as scheduled - Closing at 3 PM today (Friday 1/9/2026)

We appreciate your understanding and want to remind everyone to help keep our community healthy:
🧼 Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow

Honoring Our Unsung Heroes: First Responders

Every day, first responders’ step into the unknown so the rest of us can feel a little safer. They are the calm in the chaos, the helping hands in our hardest moments, and the strength we rely on when life becomes unpredictable. These heroes rarely ask for recognition—but they certainly deserve it.

This season, we want to show our appreciation in a meaningful way. Our office is creating an “Angel Tree” for these heroes.

🎗️Each ribbon represents a person, someone you may know, we encourage each of you to stop in and fill out a Thank you card. Our office will be delivering the cards along with treats to our local hero’s the week of Christmas to show just how much we appreciate their tireless dedication to serving our communities. Each card is a message of gratitude, encouragement, and acknowledgment for the extraordinary work they do and can let them know WE CARE.

A few words can go a long way in reminding these heroes that their bravery and compassion do not go unnoticed.

Let’s come together to celebrate the people who answer the call—day or night, rain or shine and put our families above their own.

To all first responders: thank you for your courage, your service, and your heart. 🙏💙🚑🚓🚒

We want to thank everyone who participated in our Gift of Warmth drive. Donations were taken to the Chamberlain Elementary Cubs earlier this week for those in need to grab what they needed! We are hoping that this small but mighty donation warms the hands and hearts of those in need.

The support in the community to help those in need is absolutely wonderful! Stay tuned for another fun project we have starting next week! 🎅
