Today, Jessica, Kelsey, and Nadia spent the day presenting at the Raising Futures Conference hosted by the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club.

They led a workshop titled:
Rooted in Resilience: Helping Children Grow Through Stress and Change

We are grateful for opportunities to connect with caregivers and share practical tools to support children through big emotions, life transitions, and everyday challenges.

We’re excited to introduce this month’s Rooted Reads selection: The Let Them Theory.

At its core, this book offers a simple but powerful idea: sometimes peace begins when we stop trying to control what others think, say, or do.

Learning to say “let them” can help us release the pressure to manage other people’s choices and instead focus on our own growth, boundaries, and well-being.
