We are looking for a full-time eyewear sales associate to work with our customers to find the most suitable eyewear for their needs. We are willing to train for the right candidate. The eyewear sales associate will recommend specific eyewear, take measurements, fit and adjust glasses. Must have a least two years customer service experience.
Office Responsibilities:
• Obtaining patient prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• Taking customer information and measurements.
• Recommending frames.
• Adjusting and fitting frames
• Preparing work orders
• Make appointments for new and previous patients.
• Office cleaning
• Repairing broken frames.
• Performing administrative duties, such as managing prescriptions, customer records, and insurance.
