We had a wonderful time hosting the Interfaith Alliance C-U in our Assisted Living & Memory Care building Wednesday. They got to hear from a panelists of community experts on aging from: CRIS Healthy Aging of Champaign County, AtHome Home Care & Home Nursing, Circle of Friends Adult Day Center, Prairie Winds of Urbana, Aging Services of Champaign County, and Advocates for Aging Care. Thank you to everyone who participated we are so glad of the work you are doing in our community.

After nearly three decades of serving the community, Circle of Friends Adult Day Center has officially become part of Lindsey Adult Day Services. This transition follows the retirement of Kathy Rhoads, founder of Circle of Friends, who has provided essential services to older adults since March 1997.

"Circle of Friends has been a trusted resource in our community," said Deb Reardanz, President & CEO of Lindsey Communities. "We are honored to carry forward Kathy Rhoads’ vision, ensuring continued high-quality care while introducing new opportunities for engagement and support."

Lindsey Adult Day Services and ClarkLindsey are subsidiaries of LindseyCommunities.

The transition will bring:
Expanded programs and services to enhance cognitive, social, and physical well-being.
Continued collaboration with key payor sources, including Veterans Affairs, Illinois Department on Aging, and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
A commitment to maintaining a warm and supportive environment for participants and caregivers.

Thanks to my friends, family, and peers who helped me celebrate the beginning of my retirement. I thank folks at Clark Lindsey for organizing a wonderful event. I am honored! I have been blessed to have the opportunity to serve our community through Circle of Friends and will miss it very much. I leave it in good hands!
