When I was first asked why I hadn’t started a “in home care “ business to compliment my DME Home Respiratory company I really couldn’t find and answer. The truth was this, it took me a long time to become an expert in the field of medical supplies as a medicare supplier. The fact of the matter is I began to study and interview anyone who was involved. I asked clients and their families about anything they had heard or experienced first hand. I spoke with the referrals about the need and utilization. I asked healthcare workers in the fields of every available category. Then I was able to work with a dynamic team and build a very great business model . Success and failures have made it into what it is today. We are the best and that is always a task to keep it that way.
