Elliott Counseling Group is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing team in Urbana!

Under the guidance of our Nursing Supervisor, this role supports direct client care and assists with medical tasks, coordination, and documentation. You’ll work closely with clients of all ages and backgrounds—making empathy, clear communication, and multitasking essential.

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Greet and room clients
• Gather vitals, assist with lab work and blood draws
• Update medication lists and medical histories
• Support the nursing team with accurate, timely communication
• Assist with EHR documentation and screenings
• Provide excellent client service alongside our admin team

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• CNA, MOA, or LPN certification
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient care standards
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience in outpatient healthcare is a plus
