Tree of Hope: Our 2025 Campaign is Underway!

We’re off to an incredible start! We invite you to contribute and watch our goal progress by watching the bulbs light up and glow at the pine tree at the corner of Marketview Drive and Prospect at the Advance Auto Parts corner in Champaign.

With your support, we’ve already raised over $200,000 toward our $300,000 goal! Follow along as the tree lights continue to grow and watch the hope bloom for individuals and families in Champaign and Ford counties.

The Grinch Didn’t Steal This Christmas!

Our CDS staff hosted a Grinch-themed celebration which included playing “Pin the Heart on the Grinch!” This party proved that holiday joy is impossible to steal.

Participants leaned all the way into the theme — dressing head-to-toe in green, enjoying green treats, and spreading laughter throughout the building. One group even got creative by making their own ornaments and hanging them on the tree, really turning up the holiday cheer.

It was a celebration filled with fun, creativity, and connection — and a perfect reminder that the best part of the season isn’t what’s under the tree, but who’s gathered around it. 💚

Congratulations to Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities on 50 Years! We were honored to help celebrate this incredible milestone by creating two handcrafted ornaments for their celebration.

A huge thank you to IARF for trusting us to contribute to your 50th anniversary celebration — and to everyone at The Crow at 110 who helped bring these special ornaments to life.

A week ago, our community gathered at The Crow at 110 for the annual Holiday Open House, and it was such a joyful day celebrating creativity!

We’re excited to welcome Cold Stone Creamery as one of the latest businesses to complete LEAP training! Store Manager David and four of his lead supervisors participated in the Frontline Staff Training at their Windsor Road location in Champaign.

Cold Stone Creamery has also hired two individuals supported by DSC in the past — another great example of inclusion in action. Thank you for continuing to raise employment standards in Champaign County and helping our community LEAP to new levels! 🍦💙
