Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) is the creation of Douglas Nelson, a licensed Massage Therapist who has been in practice for thirty years. What makes PNMT special is the way it approaches soft-tissue therapy. More than a technique or modality, PNMT is really a way of thinking, essentially clinical reasoning in soft-tissue therapy.

Scalene work, longus colli, splenius and semispinalis capitis. Cervical rotation, discal issues, facet joint pain. Great questions and great discussions.

Discuss frozen shoulder, impingement syndrome, scaupulothoracic rhythm. Treat subscapularis, teres minor, supraspinatus and much more!

Learn about median, ulnar and radial nerve entrapments. Discuss medial and lateral epicondylosis. Treat flexor pollicis longus, pronator teres, the intermuscular septum and much more!

We'll be discussing frozen shoulder syndrome, neural entrapment of the upper extremity, the biomechanics of the scapulothoracic joint, impingement syndrome and much more. We'll demonstrate treatment options for serratus anterior, subscapularis, flexor pollicis longus, supinator and many many more. Don't miss it!

In the Shoulder and Arm & Hand classes we treat muscles you know and love like infraspinatus, deltoid, flexor digitorum profundus, and pronator teres. But we bring new perspectives to the treatments. We treat infraspinatus sidelying. We demonstrate treating deltoid in a seated position. We practice pinning and stretching pronator teres and flexor digitorum profundus to differentiate them from the other forearm flexors.

We also show you how to treat muscles you may not treat as often, like flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor pollicis brevis, the tendon of the long head of the bicep and many more.
