This was the day I graduated from Parkland College.
I was proud of my accomplishment.
I graduated highschool early, went to college and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I started my own business in November 2017 and walked the stage six months later and graduated with my Associates Degree.
The picture on the left represents the part of me that felt acknowledged for my academic success.
This version of myself was unhealthy, mentally and physically.
I was overweight, anxious and my body was extremely inflamed.
I struggled with severe health issues.

The picture on the right is me today, May 17th, 2020.
This is the healthiest and happiest version of myself.
I have overcome many of life’s obstacles.
I have surrounded myself with friends, family and mentors who have encouraged me to reach my goals. And I’m not done yet!
I am grateful for every hard day I’ve had.
My story makes me, Me.
I love myself and the life I have created.
I encourage you to show up for yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Give yourself grace and KEEP GOING!
